We have a team of motorized couriers covering the entire national territory of Costa Rica. Our company can handle card delivery and contract signing anywhere in the country. Our service goes far beyond delivery alone: our call center team coordinates deliveries and manages courier routes, we monitor deliveries in real time, and our quality team then verifies that each delivery and signing meets the agreed service levels.
Our courier representatives visit customers at their home or office to complete loan document signing and collect all the requirements previously requested by phone for a credit application. Our distribution and delivery process follows strict security measures to protect customer privacy and keep documents in perfect condition. Our representatives contact customers by phone to update the required information. Once the information is updated, the digital records are documented and passed to the logistics department, which schedules a visit to the customer to collect document signatures and a copy of their ID. Our quality department then reviews the documentation before it is sent to the financial institution.
